LANDTX is a unique private entity created by a Mason ranch broker/conservationist/property rights advocate – David E. Culver. We market investment, recreational, ranch and farmland in an area comprising some 45 counties, as well as develop select sites into restricted, large-tract subdivisions containing tracts that preserve agricultural or wildlife viability commensurate with the area.
